Air fryer crispy potatoes

This recipe creates all the tasty goodness of roast potatoes but skips all the hard parts. Great for when you’re rushing to get dinner on the table but still wanting the effect of golden, roasted potatoes. - Tammy Pappas

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

500g bag of microwave potatoes

1 tsp  extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp of Cajun seasoning (optional)

Salt

Freshly ground pepper

Lemon wedge for serving

Freshly chopped parsley, to garnish

Freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

Pop the potatoes still in the bag straight into the microwave and cook according to instructions depending on your microwave.

 

Once cooked, place drained potatoes into a large bowl and toss with oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning and Cajun seasoning, if using. Season with salt and pepper.

 

Place potatoes in basket of the air fryer and cook at 200°C for 10 minutes. Shake basket and stir potatoes and cook until golden, 5 minutes more.

Squeeze lemon juice over cooked potatoes and garnish with parsley before serving.
