Lemon Rosemary Potatoes

INGREDIENTS

500 grams Potatoes cut into 1inch chunks

3 tablespoons olive oil

salt and pepper as needed

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon lemon pepper

1 tablespoon garlic, chopped

2 teaspoons rosemary, chopped

 

METHOD

Pre heat oven to 200°

Step 2

Wash and cut potatoes into 1/2 in chunks

Place potatoes in a bowl and toss them with the olive oil, season with salt and pepper

Step 3

Place the potatoes in the over and bake for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown

Step 4

Combine the lemon juice, lemon pepper, garlic and rosemary together in a bowl. 

Once the potatoes are cooked, remove from the oven and drizzle with lemon  rosemary dressing and serve immediately
