Baked Spud

INGREDIENTS

Large Potato

Salt & Pepper

Butter

METHOD

Leaving the skin on, using a fork, prick a couple of holes, season with salt and pepper and wrap with just enough foil to cover it

Bake in the oven on 180° until the skin is crisp and the insides thoroughly cooked. 

It will take approx. 50-60 minutes

 

Step 2

Cut open, add butter, salt and pepper to taste

From there try some other favourites, Chilli Con Carne, Hawaiian, Bolognaise there are so
